Dear General Manager,

            Painting Machine Hire Invoice 8A99 – February 8th-15th

I am writing about the painting machine I hired from you on the above dates. When I came to your agent at Miami, there was no body stayed so I could not explain about the chronology of the previous seven days.

On Friday 8th February, I collected a painting machine from your agent at Miami. And I used that machine at the next day on Saturday to painting 500 safety boxes per hour. After three hours used, the machine got the trouble. The painting machine is running very slowly and made a noisy sound. Next I tried to contact you repeated, but I had no answer. I decided to call the mechanic which closed with my location to inspect it. I enclose the mechanic’s invoice for $ 75.

On the Monday, I made a phoned you in Miami and asked to take the painting machine to your agent. The painting machine was checked and I was assured that it was program error in a while. However, the next day the painting machine still running slowly and could not reach the target of production. I left details, asking you to phone me back sooner.

We should be obliged if you could investigate these matters as soon as possible and let us have your comments.
